The state spent 20,000 hours of police time - and found one hair and some old cement marks which proved nothing. Tips pointing to a live Laci Peterson were ignored - as they admitted.

The state spent $11 million to 'get' Scott Peterson - and the media may have spent another $100 million. And yet, to this day, there is no evidence of guilt. Even the jury cannot explain their vote - except that they assumed he was guilty before the trial began.

There's more chance I will MEET the Easter Bunny than that Peterson was involved in any way in his wife's abduction and the murders of his family. The state's own evidence all goes to his innocence.

Some people still believe in the Easter Bunny. Scott Peterson was convicted and sentenced to death, of which he is very deserving. In the meantime, I hear Scott and the Night Stalker have found they've got a few things in common.

Laci Peterson wasn't murdered by her husband. She was murdered by another woman for her baby.
