He obviously has NO brain whatsoever! 99% of all children who have been put in these situations ARE forced by tactics such as fear, threats of harm to themselves, their families and others. I work with thousands of children who have been in many similar situations and this is NOT statutory in any way! He apparently has no idea what that means, either, or the laws that cover a conviction such as that. Many of the kids are also doped long before they ever realize they have been and develop an addiction prior to engaging them in acts such as these. They plan this out, with that intent, as an alternate means to force them into such acts. Might be worth it to take down his information and pass it on to the local authorities so they can begin an investigation into his life, as well.
